Method
How we execute it

Foundation
Deep foundation designed to the soil report, with dewatering where the water table demands it.
- 02
Slab cycle
A fixed 7 to 10 day cycle per floor, which is what keeps a tower on programme.

Finishes
Finishing trades follow the structure floor by floor rather than waiting for topping out.
- 04
Handover
Flat-wise snagging, testing and handover to the client or association.
