Capability

High-Rise Towers & Apartments

Residential towers and apartment complexes built on a disciplined slab cycle — MIVAN or conventional shuttering, with the safety systems high-rise work demands.

Scope

What the contract covers

  • Raft, pile and mat foundations
  • RCC shear wall and framed towers
  • MIVAN aluminium formwork systems
  • Blockwork, plaster and waterproofing
  • Flooring, doors, windows and painting
  • Podium, clubhouse and external development

Method

How we execute it

  1. 01

    Foundation

Deep foundation designed to the soil report, with dewatering where the water table demands it.

  2. 02

    Slab cycle

A fixed 7 to 10 day cycle per floor, which is what keeps a tower on programme.

  3. 03

    Finishes

Finishing trades follow the structure floor by floor rather than waiting for topping out.

  4. 04

    Handover

Flat-wise snagging, testing and handover to the client or association.
